Heat Look To Carry Over Momentum Heading In To Game Three Versus Bulls Friday

The Miami Heat allowed the Chicago Bulls to score 10-unanswered points to close out game one of their Eastern Conference second round series with a 93-86 win. That wouldn’t be the case again in game two. The Heat bounced back in a big way on Wednesday, handing the Bulls their worst playoff loss in franchise history. Basketball sports betting fans in the Miami area are hoping will help spark their team the rest of the way, with games three and four at Chicago.

Eastern Conference 2nd Round

Miami Heat @ Chicago Bulls

Friday, 8:00 PM ET – Game 3
Series tied 1-1

The Heat dominated game two from the outset, jumping out to a five-point lead in the first quarter and then running it all the way up to 29 by the end of the third. Lebron James did a little bit of everything in the win, hitting 19 points, nine assists, and five rebounds, and he could have had even better live betting numbers had it not been such a blowout. Miami shot 60-percent from the field and held the Bulls to just 35.5-percent, making it easy to question how much effort Chicago played with having already stolen game one on the road. The Heat won’t have nearly as easy of a time scoring 56 points in the paint in game three the way that they did in game two, but that doesn’t mean the momentum from this game won’t carry over. The Bulls now have to hit the reset button on this bet sports online series, but it isn’t as though Lebron and company are going to slow down. Miami has to answer the bell in game three to steal home court advantage back, and that should make this one of the more exciting and physical playoff games to this point in the season.

NBA Betting Pick: Miami Heat – 3.5

Western Conference 2nd Round
San Antonio Spurs @ Golden State Warriors
Friday, 10:30 PM ET – Game 3
Series tied 1-1

Enough cannot be said about how good Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson have been so far in this series, as it has really been fun to watch. That tandem is hitting nearly every open look it gets, and the betting sports fact that they are doing it without much help on the interior is startling. Pushing game one to double-overtime and then winning game two on the road is something to build off of, and the Warriors seem to understand how important it is to use their speed and take it to a much older Spurs’ team. San Antonio had trouble escaping with one win in their two home games at the outset of the series, so it’s hard to imagine them getting it done on the road at Golden State with the house rocking at the Oracle Arena for this one.
