NCAAB Betting Picks – Kentucky Wildcats vs. Vanderbilt Commodores
While all the top teams in the country are trying to build their resumes for a choice spot in this year’s NCAA Tournament, the real prize of the regular season is landing one of the four No. 1 seeds that will remain up for grabs right up until Selection Sunday.

One team that remains in excellent shape to claim one of those top seeds in the No. 1 Kentucky Wildcats. They have struggled with a few close calls lately including Tuesday night’s narrow 71-69 escape against LSU as 9.5-point road favorites on GTBETS closing betting odds. The SEC’s Wildcats are still perfect on the year straight-up at 24-0, but after failing to cover in their last five contests they are just 11-12-1 against the spread. The next test on the schedule is a home game against South Carolina this Saturday. The total has gone OVER in Kentucky’s last five outings.

Most experts believe that the West Coast Conference’s Gonzaga Bulldogs will also be a No. 1 seed for this season’s Big Dance after reeling-off 24 SU victories in their first 25 games. They are a perfect 12-0 SU in conference play heading into Thursday night’s matchup against Loyola Marymount at home. The No. 3-ranked Bulldogs in the AP’s latest Top 25 have been another shaky team to bet on lately with a 3-6 record ATS in their last nine games, but they do come into Thursday’s game with a healthy record of 8-3 ATS at home this season. The total has gone OVER in four of their last five games overall.

The ACC is in prime position to secure the other two top seeds in the NCAA Tournament given the play of No. 2 Virginia and No. 4 Duke. The Cavaliers’ lone SU setback of the season against 21 wins came against the Blue Devils in a 69-63 loss on Jan. 31 as 5.5-point home favorites. Virginia failed to cover this past Saturday as a seven-point favorite at home in a tight 52-47 victory against Louisville to fall to 1-3 ATS in its last four sports betting games. The Cavaliers will be back in action this Wednesday night as an eight-point road favorite against North Carolina State. They are a highly profitable 7-1 ATS in eight previous road games and overall they are 14-8 ATS. Get The Latest NCAAB Betting: March Madness Odds and follow us on twitter.

The Blue Devils are 21-3 SU this season with a 12-11-1 record ATS. Their current SU winning streak reach four games with this past Monday’s 73-70 squeaker against Florida State, but after failing to cover as 10.5-point road favorites on 5Dimes’ college basketball betting closing odds they are now 3-3-1 ATS in their last seven games. Duke will square-off against Syracuse on the road this upcoming Saturday. Top
