Where Can I Bet NBA Playoff Matchup: East Game 2 - Miami Heat at Toronto Raptors

Pointspread: Raptors -4.5
Total: 188 points

The Toronto Raptors just recently won their first playoff series in 15 years, and their first ever best-of-seven. Imagine how they might have been able to shorten that series if Kyle Lowry had been hot. The All-Star point guard has been having shooting difficulties for some time now; he was just 31.4% accurate in the Raptors’ previous series against the Indiana Pacers, and he did not get off to a particularly good start in the East semi-finals against the Miami Heat, making just three of 13 shots. It’s clear that Toronto needs something better out of Lowry if they are going to emerge from this series and move on to the conference finals against either Cleveland or Atlanta. Game 2 will begin at 8:05 PM ET at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, and those customers who are signed up with BetAnySports Asian Bookies can now place wagers even after the game has begun, as they partake in the phenomenon known as Live Betting Ultra.

Getting into a shooting slump in the post-season is nothing really new for Lowry; last year he was just 31.6% in a series his team lost in a four-game sweep. Coach Duane Casey understands that this is a player who averaged 21.2 points during the regular campaign, so he doesn’t want to pull the guy, but his “Usage” figure was down to 18.8 in Game 1, which is very low for a point guard, and the Raptors got something very impressive off the bench from backup guard Cory Joseph, who has shot 58% during these playoffs.

None of this would be too bad for the Raptors if DeMar DeRozan was shooting well. DeRozan, who joined Lowry on the Eastern Conference All-Star team that played at the Air Canada Centre in February, was just 33% against Indiana, and he was 41% from the floor (9 for 22) in the opening game. The Raptors hit just five of their 21 three-pointers, and BetAnySports patrons know that had better improve as well.

Are the Heat enjoying a lot of momentum? Well, you could make an argument for that, since they came back from being down 3-2 in the series against Charlotte and took Game 1 by a 102-96 score on the road in the first game. Goran Dragic wasn’t having a great series against the Hornets until Game 7, when he exploded for 25 points, and he added 26 on Tuesday. One of the things the Heat did very well against Toronto in Game 1 was prevent them from getting second-chance opportunities, and that was going to be important because the Raptors averaged 16 second chance points in the opening round, most of all 16 playoff teams. Hassan Whiteside has 15 defensive rebounds, and Toronto had only four rebounds on the offensive end, which loomed large. Jonas Valanciunas, who continued his great play in the post-season with 24 points and 14 rebounds, had none of those boards on offense.

So it is pretty clear that the Raptors have their work cut out for them, as they come into this Thursday home date as +165 series underdogs at BetAnySports, where customers can use a number of creative payment options, including Visa, person-to-person transfers and the virtual currency of Bitcoin, which is quick and easy with their automated system!
