Wisconsin is the No. 1 seed in the West Region, but No. 2 Arizona is favored to win that part of the bracket at +150 betting odds. These Wildcats’ odds to win a national title are set at +825, which is second-best on the list. The Badgers’ odds to win the West are set at +165 and they are +875 third-favorites to win it all.

Moving to the right side of the bracket in the East Region, 5Dimes has opened No. 1 seed Villanova as a +168 favorite to reach the Final Four followed closely by No. 2 seed Virginia at +240 betting odds. This third team of contending Wildcats is listed as +950 fourth-favorites to go on and win the national championship, while the Cavaliers’ sports betting odds to win it all drop off to +1950.

Duke is the No. 1 seed in the final region on the board and the Blue Devils’ betting odds to win the South are set at +168. The second seed in that region is Gonzaga and the Bulldogs’ odds to make it to the Final Four out of that region are set at +280. Duke’s odds to win the national title stand at +950 as another fourth-favorite and the Bulldogs’ betting odds to win it all are +2300.
